Miles Pappolla

Guitar Instructor
  • Miles plays many different styles of music such as pop, rock, folk, country, jazz, blues, funk, and heavy metal. He is well versed in advanced concepts of music theory, music history, improvisation, songwriting, and classical composition/analysis. 

  • He is currently attending Manchester Community College with plans to complete an Associates Degree in Music Studies by May 2017 and transfer to a four year university to complete a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. 

  • Miles has studied with some of the most accomplished music instructors in Connecticut such has Dr. Carolina Flores, Dr. Deborah Simmons, Neal Fitzpatrick, and Michael Carnaroli. 

  • As part of the Manchester Community College jazz ensemble Miles has played the annual MCC Wine Auction in 2015 and 2016. He was invited to play on the main stage at the 2015 Durham fair and opened at the North Branford Potato and Corn Festival as part of the Kaylea & Carissa band. He has been invited to play in the Neal Fitzpatrick Branford Guitar Recital in 2014, 2015, and twice in 2016.

  • In December 2016 he was given the opportunity to compose a symphony for credit as an independent study at Manchester Community College.
